Since 2003, whenever CAROLINE BLUE is playing during Halloween, they have been going out as "CAROLINE KISS" -a Tribute to KISS. Basically, the band performs a set of KISS covers wearing KISS makeup. Some of the members-like Wayne-even wear costumes & platform boots! As if this wasn't enough to make these shows different than the normal CAROLINE BLUE show, the band usually will have one or more different players onstage with them when they play! | Later on in 2005, "CAROLINE KISS" came out again during the Halloween season, headlining a show at Tundra Tavern in Syracuse,NY that involved a Tribute to the Misfits by a band called Horror Business and live readings from Psychic Bonnie! This lineup brought the return of Zadoc as the role of the Demon and Dee Thorpe (ex-Toxic Love Affair) as the role of the Space Ace (although if you closed your eyes at times, you'd swear it was Vinnie Vincent up there). This show was longer than any previous CAROLINE KISS show and was well received by the crowd. Click on the links below to check out pics of the show. |

2003 was the 1st year CAROLINE BLUE began performing their Tribute to KISS on Halloween. This took place at Bleachers in Liverpool,NY. They were part of a 4 band bill that also included Zadoc...& the Nightmare, Dogs on Mars, and Caustic. "CAROLINE KISS" went on 1st.
